 Universal type "TCM" Portable Washing Machines have been designed for washing Marine and Oil Tanks and Cargo Tanks between 500 and 5000 m3 capacity onboard of the Oil Tankers. Sea or fresh water with the additions of chemicals or without them will be used as the washing liquids.
This Washing Machine is made of materials which will provide serviceability being under effect of contact with raw oil, of oil products vapors, of sea water, of washing chemical agents during all period of the service life.
During the process of washing, the nozzles of the Washing Machine will perform the motion around the vertical and the horizontal axes and within one cycle they will embrace a full sphere with their sprays. In the first cycle, the nozzles lay out a coarse pattern on the tank surface. The following cycles make the pattern gradually more dense until a full pattern is reached after 4 cycles.
For reaching the optimum washing range, there foreseen different nozzles diameters depending on the sizes of the Tanks.
Possible to use the machines of both: fixed and portable versions.
